The Taylor 1509 co-living housing project is a micro-housing development in Hood River, Oregon. The project explores the limits of the how to create multi-family housing on small lots in Hood River. The entire project is driven to create affordable living in the most sustainable way possible. The project includes a main building with a kitchen and common room with one unit upstairs and two additional units as detached master bedrooms accessible by a main breezeway. The project is solar ready and surrounded by native landscaping and community garden.
