Waterleaf worked with OSU to expand the College of Veterinary Medicine’s Dryden Hall. This project involved reconfiguring university classrooms, research areas, graduate student work spaces, and the addition of two BSL-3 labs. The work addressed necessary improvements to this 1927 facility, one of the university's historic buildings, that enhance educational, technological, and research capabilities while preserving the historic character of the original building and providing universal access.
