A Portland native, Hillary brings her years of experience of AEC accounting to Waterleaf. This work is balanced with her focus, compassion, and empathy which guide her in managing the firm’s human resources department and driving our equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Hillary is a member of the firm’s B Corporation board. She also volunteers with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention each summer at their charity and awareness walk, and every year she attempts to summit Mount St. Helens with dreams of someday climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
